Best American Restaurants in Palmer Lake

We decided to celebrate our 44th anniversary at Pamela’s for breakfast. We wanted to check out the “new” place. Our server, Colleen, was outstanding and attentive. Welcome to Colorado, Colleen. After our delicious breakfast, Dion, the manager, offered to take us on a tour of the Polaris Hotel. It’s gorgeous. The decor is beautiful and intentional and tells a story. Dion was enthusiastic and kind as he showed us around. What an asset these two young people are for this new hotel. We needed this on the north end. Can’t wait to go back for a nice dinner.

Amazing service from Luke! Was very attentive and super caring. I could tell he enjoyed his job and was passionate about the restaurant. He gave me lots of history about the AF and really elevated my experience. The drinks were also a highlight. I tried one on their menu and then a margarita, both were spectacular!

Love the Mt. Bierstadt burger. Waiter was attentive too.

Always fantastic!!! Best Steak!! Great variety of foods and wines. Great craft drinks. Right from the start it’s always a great experience from the warm greeting from the sweet hostess Tayla to our amazing server Laura, this restaurant has a way of making you feel special. When the food arrives, everyone of the table is always going “wow this is so delicious”. This restaurant is now our go to restaurants for a quiet date night at the bar or bringing guests from out of town to a nice restaurant. This one is a win!

We went before the Steve Miller Band Concert. So yes it was loud and busy. Waitress was not as attentive as she could have been. Mashed Potatoes were a little dry. But overall it was fine.
