You have the choice of indoor / outdoor seating which is very nice and it’s located in a pedestrian square rather than on a street side. Food (we chose meat dishes) was excellent and very well prepared. So I’d give the food 5 stars. The wine selection wasn’t that extensive at all and not very competitively priced to other local restaurants we ate at. The service was also OK — they were very busy and so we waited some time for service, it when they got to you they were very polite and attentive. Overall I’d give them a 4 out of 5 and would recommend them for a good dining experience.

This restaurant is based on American BBQ but vegetarians should be aware that their vegan menu is exceptional. Several choices that are really delicious. I am a vegetarian, my husband eats meat, and I am always so happy that Roast Republic is a fantastic choice for both of us.
