Best Argentinian Restaurants in Country Walk

Food was great, server was kind but extremely busy. Server didn’t communicate with us timing or reason of delay of getting appetizers. Took long to get food, might have been that it was Sunday at lunch time. Maybe needed more help when it get too busy. Will try to avoid Sundays.

this place is amazing it’s so flavorful it’s my new favorite steakhouse. Finally a place in Miami that has excellent quality service great food great service and reasonably priced! Wonderful restaurant we will be returning.

This was our best dining experience in several years. Our waiter Dimas was fantastic, and all of the dishes we ordered were excellent. We plan to return there when we are back intown and bring our adult daughters with us.

Kao is an underrated spot in Coral Gables. Many restaurants pop up and last a year or 2. Kao has persevered without sacrificing quality and service. My husband and I had not been in since Covid. We were in the Gables and decided to revisit the place and it did not disappoint. We like many things about Kao: the diverse menu options, all of which were delicious, excellent service from our thoughtful server Helen, excellent cocktails, ambiance is fun and creative and they turn into a club on the weekend. My husband and I ordered the Braised Lamb Shank which was super tender and flavorful after being stewed over 5 hours. The mixed vegetables were delicious as well. Our friends had the grilled octopus which was tender and delicious and the Flap Steak which was tender and tasty. We started with a sausage appetizer and the sausage was spicy and tasty. We also each had an empanada of a different flavor. They were crispy and tasty. For dessert, we shared the brownie sunday and the choc chip cookie sunday which were both delicious. A hidden gem. The food is delicious. And I’m a picky, food snob. Their empanadas are flaky and fresh, not crusty and thick. The meat is quality and the veggies are yummy. And their flan is addictive! Also the service is on point. They know when to check in on you and don’t awkwardly bug you. It’s all so natural and effortless. The ambience is clean modern and quaint. Not pretentious. Overall a great experience and this will be my go to restaurant from now on.
