- CChristopherVIPNew York City •8 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoWe had had the pleasure of being served by Alex, who truly elevated our entire experience from start to finish. From the moment we sat down, Alex immediately made us feel both welcome and well-cared-for. He was attentive without hovering, ensuring our glasses never went empty and that each course arrived at just the right time. His deep knowledge of the menu—particularly the newer items—and his thoughtful recommendations spoke to both his expertise and genuine enthusiasm for Uchi. What truly set Alex apart was his warm, personable approach. He takes the time to learn our preferences, patiently answered our questions, and effortlessly guided us toward dishes we absolutely loved. His suggestions were spot-on every time. We left Uchi feeling not only satisfied by the superb food but also immensely grateful for Alex’s impeccable service. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and we can’t wait to visit again and sit in his section.More infoUchi West HollywoodPrice: Very Expensive• Sushi• West Hollywood•4.7

- RRobinLos Angeles •3 reviews5.0Dined on 23 Dec 2024I was invited to a soft opening. My friend was unable to make it so I went alone for lunch. I was greeted warmly and seated inside as it was too cold on the patio. Robby was my server and he was fantastic from the start. I started with the ceviche appetizer, the fish was cod., large delicious pieces. A big portion wi/ tortilla chips along the plate. They are made in house. Crunchy and perfect. I order grilled Kanpachi with chimmchuri. It really was a pesto. The fish was cooked perfectly and again, a large portion. I had the sesame green beans and elote corn off cob. I had a blood orange lemonade, very refreshing. I chose to paste on dessert. They packed up my leftovers in compostable packaging. This is a big deal to me. Many of the staff came over and asked how I was enjoying my meal. I am a long time local and this new restaurant is a welcome addition to the neighborhood. I will be back. I wish them much success.More infoPacific Catch- Santa MonicaPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Santa Monica•4.7
