There is something for everyone at The Pavilion Restaurant.In the late 1920s, a group of golfers created the North Brighton Golf Club on the opposite side of the Cooks River to Sydney Airport, using a tin shed on the course as a clubhouse and paying two shillings in rent to the landowner for their 18 holes.The rapid growth of international air transport after WWII meant major runway extensions that eventually forced the Club to find a new home, and in 1950 a new site in Milperra was found, and the New Brighton Golf Club was formed.In 1979, the Club had part of the course resumed to make way for the building of the M5 Motorway. This was my second visit for breakfast. Unfortunately, our first visit was a lot better than this one! I the Florentine Croissant and it was stone cold. I couldn’t eat it. My partner had The Factory Breakfast, he enjoyed it. Coffee was good, and service was lovely. I wouldn’t visit for “amazing” food, but the building and fit out is very cool.

Very happy with this collab KOI X Sebastian. Very happy with the kakigori and paired well with the mocktail. Plus point we got the best seats right at the center and served by Chef Reynold & Chef Sebastian. The Kakigoris taste so light and not overly sweet so we still have some room for KOI cake afterwards. Excellent!!
