Equally impressive was the customer service, primarily thanks to Josh, who truly wore many hats that evening. He efficiently ran the floor with a warm smile, seamlessly transitioning between hosting, taking orders, serving, and even busing tables—all while managing an entire section on his own. His positive demeanor and attentiveness greatly enhanced the dining experience. While the food was fantastic, it was also Josh's exceptional service and engaging conversation that made me decide to return to FIA in the future. This was our second time dining at Sura. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding for both our visits. Our servers were very helpful answering any questions we had and also made helpful suggestions. The diverse menu had options for all types of dietary preferences. Their prices were quite reasonable.

The food was fresh and tasted amazing. Had the sea bass, 10/10. Had every raw oyster they had available and loved every single one. The broccolini Caesar was amazing as well. Will definitely go back to try the crab fried rice.
