Cool little speakeasy. We didn’t know it was hidden and enjoyed finding it and the entrance. Drinks were unique craft tiki. We arrived after the kitchen was closed so didn’t eat. They have a hard midnight close, and we were reminded of the count down several times. Super small, so reservations strongly recommended. Would recommend and would go again!

Island Prime provided an absolutely exceptional dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the breathtaking views of the San Diego skyline set the tone for an unforgettable evening. The ambiance was both elegant and welcoming, perfect for a special dinner. The food was outstanding. Every dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection—tender and flavorful—and the lobster tail was buttery and delicious. The sides were equally impressive, with the truffle mac and cheese being a standout. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, ensuring our glasses were always full and every need met without being intrusive. The attention to detail and personalized touches truly elevated the experience. Beautiful restaurant. Chad was our server and took very good care of us. We had a variety of food. Aguachile, smoked devils eggs, wings, fries, margharita pizza, octopus, shrimp sandwich, and ceaser salad. Everything was delicious and plated immaculately.

Nice family experience on Christmas Day. Very tasty and wide variety of holiday foods, salad bar, fruit and cereal bar for kids, soups, and extensive dessert bar. We really enjoyed the experience, food, AND not having to cook! You get a complimentary glass of champagne and a gift of small bottle to go!

Our first visit. Lots of seating. Service was great. Food was great. Drinks actually had alcohol. We will be back to try other menu items. We want to come back for brunch.
