One of two outlets in Singapore, Go! K-BBQ in Bukit Timah is a lively and colourful restaurant that specialises in Korean-style aged meat. Located at Bukit Timah Plaza on Jalan Anak Bukit, the aged meat is stored at low temperatures for 15 days to allow natural biochemical processes to improve the tenderness and unique flavours – and it’s seriously delicious. Some of our favourite aged meat cuts include the aged beef brisket, black pork neck and pork belly, but there are plenty more variations besides. You’ll also find other dishes such as handmade pork donkatsu; Korean noodles with kimchi; beef bulgogi and the kimchi pancake topped with beef. One of our favourite casual Korean restaurants, Go! K-BBQ Singapore in Bukit Timah won’t disappoint.

Kam’s Roast Singapore is a restaurant with a story, one which intertwines family and a dedication to traditional Hong Kong cuisine. This tasteful Orchard eatery is run by Hardy Kam, a passionate third-generation restaurateur who diligently honors the legacy of his family's 70-year culinary history. Taking inspiration from his grandfather’s and father’s gourmet restaurants in Hong Kong, Kam’s Roast Singapore serves authentic Chinese cuisine and specialises in Hong Kong roast meats in particular. The whole menu is mouth watering, but it's their signature BBQ dishes which have made the Kam family famous. We recommend the roast duck, the toro char siu pork belly, or any dishes in “lo sui” sauce, a secret recipe. Alongside the delicious food, guests can expect welcoming hospitality and quality service. Located within Pacific Plaza on Scotts Road, this Singapore restaurant is not to be missed.
