- DDebbieSeattle / Eastern Washington •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoBest food and service - taquitos are unique, harvest salad is fresh w pretty presentation, and entrees were great! Our party had the filet mignon and also the Meyer’s chicken entrees - all excellent in preparation, flavor, and artistic display. The shared desserts were a hit- chocolate and especially the coconut cake! Travis provided exceptional service! We will be back!More infoWild Sage American BistroPrice: Expensive• Bistro• Spokane•4.8
