- MMelissaVIPHouston •12 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoThe charcuterie board was good, but it was mostly cheese. I did love that they added bacon. We had two different types of steaks and both were under seasoned but cooked well. The garlic mashed potatoes were under seasoned and needed salt. The carpaccio was overwhelmed with the mustard. The service was excellent. They need more variety in their wine menu. The music was a bit annoying.More infoThe ClockPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• Downtown•4.7
- JJohnHouston •7 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoSpectacular AS ALWAYS at Chama. I worked as a Fed and lived and worked in our embassies in South America Have been in every country in S.A. and I developed a love for churrasquerias from Brasilia, to Rio, La Paz, Cochabamba, Bogota, Quito, B.A., you name it and my favorite of all was Antofagasta. That said, once back in Houston I initially raced to a competitor (Fogo) many years ago. The quality there in the early years was excellent but became progressively worse…particularly server attitude and food quality. It added up to, at best, maybe a three. After my last trip to Fogo, I swore I wouldn’t return to their 66 destinations in the U.S. And so for Chama Gaucho, I ate there tonight….third time in a month. Ten star food, ten star service: Extraordinary salad bar with UNLIMITED shrimp and salmon…(want more? You can get many more helpings) and the endless meat servers arrive at your table along with the endless question: “ Clean plate sir?” You will SATISFIED & thankful that your meal and environment was: Well worth the price. Eat there tomorrow and you will thank me later.More infoChama Gaucha - HoustonPrice: Expensive• Brazilian Steakhouse• Galleria / Uptown•4.8

- JJesusVIPHouston •28 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoService was outstanding and the food quality very good. Some reviews complain about the meats being on the medium to well done side, but if you ask for a medium rare cut they will find the way to make it happen. Also, the Restaurant Manager (Van) is really hands on and makes sure her customers leave happy!More infoFogo de Chao - The WoodlandsPrice: Moderate• Brazilian• The Woodlands•4.3
