The food and the staff in fogo de Chao in Walt Whitman branch is superb. We highly recommend it.

I had an amazing experience at Terra Gaúcha in Stamford! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed. The hostess seated me right away, Bryan and the other servers made me feel right at home. I started with a caipirinha, which was delicious, and then headed to the salad bar. There were so many fresh options to choose from! But the real highlight was the meat service. Honestly, it was phenomenal. They brought out so many different cuts, all cooked perfectly to my liking (medium rare). I just had to let them know how I wanted it, and it was delivered straight to my table. To top it off, I had the most amazing crème brûlée for dessert. I also had my infant with me, and the staff were really accommodating, which made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back to Terra Gaúcha for another incredible rodízio experience. It was a great first experience. Just note though that when you arrive even with a reservation depending on the demand you may still have to wait for a table. While you wait a server will provide a sample tasting. Definitely worth the the wait. The staff are pleasant. Very helpful with explaining how the buffet choice dinning works and if you are looking for a specific type of meat you can just ask a server and they’ll send someone over to your table. The food was absolutely delicious. Thank you for a pleasant dining experience, it was quite enjoyable.

Our waiter was attentive and made himself visible and available, while attending to many other tables. The caprihinias are the best mixed right at your table. Food was delicious for meat lovers having a variety to choose from directly from the skewers from rare to well done for beef and lamb. Chicken and pork was cooked to perfection.
