Each fish item was the freshest and tastiest I have had and we buy our home fish from Santa Monica Seafood which is excellent but not as good as O Sea! My wife and I also did the wine pairings and enjoyed each wine and was relieved that none were too large. I apologized to Mike that we have not visited O Sea since last Christmas! Our New Years Resolution is to visit more often!
