Seated promptly outdoors (our choice). Place was beautiful. Service was excellent and not at all intrusive. Ordered oysters and tuna tartare as appetizers. Tuna was flavorful and had a beautiful spicy avocado accompaniment. Oysters were fresh and the mignonette was perfect. Oysters were overpriced, but tasty Main course was dorado baked in a salt crust for two. Filleted table side …the sauce over the fish was a savory zabaglione that worked very well. At Cesar’s Palace in Las Vegas, the dessert bar has beautiful presentation but not much in the way of flavor. Here at The Breakers brunch, the desserts are not only beautiful, they taste amazing! The service was great too. Our server, Lilia, did an outstanding job! She was friendly and always available when we needed anything.
