- KKeithVIPGlasgow/Lanarkshire •5 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoBeautiful light bright restaurant. Makes such a change from all those trendy dimly lit places where I need my phone torch to read the menu. Decor is fantastic, staff all well dressed and wearing signature notify on dresses and waistcoats etc. lovely big bar / counter area. Great mixture of seating. Food choice and standard of food is good as is the choice of drinks. Service from bar, to waiting to concierge is all professional and helpful but not overly fussy. We just love eating in here and people watching. It has a lovely vibe.More infoBrasserie of LightPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary British• Oxford Circus•4.5
- MMarkVIPWashington, D.C. Area •18 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoCORE is exceptional. We've been fortunate enough to have been to a significant number of Michelin 3 stars. We both agreed this is a top 5. It's hard to add anything meaningful to the prior positive reviews. I'll add a couple of items I haven't seen much in the reviews. First, my wife is a vegetarian and CORE accommodated that beautifully. Second, the price of CORE, is very fair, particularly when compared with other 3 stars. We both had the classic menu, drank a nice bottle of Malbec, had two cocktails and some cognac. The bill was less than $1,000 US. While that is still a lot of money for a meal, it's probably the least we've paid at the 20 plus 3 stars we have now been to. Finally, we were impressed that the founder was very visible and friendly to patrons throughout the evening. That's something we are increasingly seeing less of in 3 star restaurants. It was nice to be greeted by her as we walked by the kitchen. It seems ridiculous to give a review and not talk about the food at all. It is exceptional and I have no insights that other reviewers have not already provided. This is a 3 star restaurant in every respect.More infoCORE by Clare SmythPrice: Very Expensive• British• Notting Hill•4.9
- EEvieVIPBuckinghamshire •2 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoHad the most amazing lunch/ brunch here on NYD. After coming here in summer and being in the industry myself I knew this is the place I would want to bring guests. The food was all great, the beef filet exceptionally good and cooked to perfection. The service at the start could have been better but Kim the manager/ GM? saved the day. He was compassionate, friendly, kind and helpful. Thank you to all the team who made such a special occasion so memorable and big shout of to Kim ❤️ happy new year team and thank you.More infoThe Ivy Chelsea GardenPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Chelsea•4.4
- IIñigoLondon •16 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoIt is probably my favorite place in London. The food is always superb. British cuisine that tastes better than Spanish french or Italian. The best thing is that the place is beautiful and you can have a conversation without shouting to the person next.More infoThe Lanesborough GrillPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary British• Knightsbridge•4.8
- MMikeLondon •1 review5.0Dined on 24 Dec 2024Thankyou for a glorious meal on Christmas Eve in a beautiful environment which brought me and my girlfriend closer together. The flambe Christmas pudding was the highlight- the best Christmas pudding I have ever tasted- light yet rich and fruity.More infoIvy Kensington BrasseriePrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Kensington•4.3
