Established in 1842, the Westerton Arms has been, and still is an integral part of the Bridge of Allan community.Open daily from 9am until 10pm, we serve exceptional quality, locally sourced food.In our bar we have a wide range of spirits, malt whisky and an extensive range of gins.     The ambience and service are always good. The soup however could have been warmer while the gluten free options were very limited. Restaurants and chefs need to be aware that gluten free does not mean vegetarian! The soup should have been served with bread but no gluten free bread was provided or offered. My friend was impressed with her non-gluten lunch.

    This was probably one of the best lunches I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. I have been to an Ivy restaurant before in Windsor on my last trip to the UK but I don't remember it being quite this good. The food was extraordinary, service impeccable, and because I was by myself, I was able to observe the staff and how they operate. It was so fascinating watching such a well-oiled machine. I used to work in hospitality and it was a delight to watch. Mimi was incredible and so wonderful to chat with, she even picked up that I was Canadian, not American. The dessert was to die for as well. The whole experience really made my day. Not to mention the decor of The Ivy is just incredible. Even the bathroom was amazing. Highly recommend this chain if you are ever in UK, they have many locations to choose from. Cheers.
