Wonderful meal. We had the roast sirloin, so tender and perfectly cooked. Vegetables were wonderful, with a generous amount of cauliflower cheese. The roast potatoes were the best I have ever had in a restaurant. Soft and fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, with a good colour. Wonderful. My daughter had the toast pork and was delighted with the crackling. No room for dessert.

Excellent as always, nothing too much trouble for the staff and always pleasant and attentive. Food was excellent, we had the 9 course tasting menu which was wonderfully amended to suit my wife's intolerances. Every course was a delight. Has to be one of the best restaurants, if not THE Best, in Derby. While it remains this good we will continue to return.
