The food was excellent, unique and delivered meticulously. We opted for the counter seats which overlooked the kitchen staff. I appreciated how organized and efficient the kitchen ran - a well oiled machine. A phenomenal experience! Thank you!More infoMagoPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary Latin• Oakland•4.8

It was amazingly delicious and the service as always was excellent. We enjoyed trying the new items on the menu and some old favorites. - EelenaVIPLos Angeles •5 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoVery homey place (where Aunt Mary’s used to be)with warm skillful service. The food is great. We had the family meal for the table ($75 per person). It was fried petrale sole with lots of accompanying side dishes. First course was boiled peanuts in a delicious sauce. Peanuts were soft and yummy. The dessert was amazing. They called it a panna cotta but it was more custardy and topped with a few pomagrant seeds and a tiny amount pomegranate granita. It was very good and we ate it all even though we were very full.More infoBurdellPrice: Very Expensive• Soul food• Oakland•4.5
