Our Band of Chefs are influenced by a wide variety of tastes and have travelled across the globe to gain inspiration. But outside of the kitchen, we find it hard to take ourselves seriously.     Service was incredible. Michelle was attentive and thorough, kind and welcoming. We loved the halibut with the creamed leeks, as well as the lemon posset for dessert. Overall it was a perfect meal with perfect drinks. We will definitely be back.

    Vela has been on the list of places to visit for some time. Since Marvin left 7Enoteca in Oakville and took the helm at Vela, we have wanted to get round to check it out. Fortunately today we were able to dine at Vela and it did not disappoint! (Other than Marvin not being in for todays service). The environment is stunning. The food is amazing. The service was attentive. (Many thanks Sandy, not only on the food advice, but the wine advice as well!) We thoroughly enjoyed the evening and look forward to returning to try the tasting menu at the counter. That type of experience is right up our alley!

    Fantastic experience once again at the Ancaster Mill for brunch. Incredible variety of food. Ambience is beautiful year round, service was very good. A tad pricey, but a great place to go on special occasions, especially at christmas time.
