My husband and I totally loved their brussel sprouts(the char is perfect and the sauce is sublime) and beef tartare (love the cracker underneath the tartare and the flavouring with the egg yolk is amazing). 10/10 King salmon for one of the entrees is also perfect. The fish texture is wonderful, just cooked right. The sauce is the showstopper basically elevating the dish. 10/10 Mushroom risotto- we loved the taste but the consistency is not what we expected from a risotto. Otherwise, flavour is on point. 8/10 Roasted pork belly- my husband rates it at 7/10. He loved the pork belly itself but didn’t feel the puree properly complemented the meat. I would also rate it at 7/10 but mostly because i thought it would be crispier or at least have crispy edges but i do love the puree and the chicharonnes with it. Lastly my husband and I got the salted caramel pot de creme. Loved it. 10/10. Not too sweet. Loved the texture with the vanilla breton on top. My husband also got the Americano to finish, wonderful and superb as he said it. 10/10. Definitely will come back here and try their other dishes. ❤️More infoNightingalePrice: Expensive• Canadian• Coal Harbour•4.7
- SStephanieVancouver / British Columbia •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a cute girly “galentines” planned. We had dinner elsewhere and came here for dessert & drinks, and honestly, Jinny made our experience. She was so cute & sweet at the door! She showed us to our table but also highlighted the beautiful ambience on the way (and the best places to take photos). She checked on us and asked how our drinks were, and also recommended her fav (which my best friend had and loved). It was a beautiful space for a cute photo-worthy drink, and we’re really happy we came! Thank you, Jinny, for elevating our experience!!More infoHotel Vancouver Special EventsPrice: Expensive• Canadian• Downtown•4.2

Thanks to our reservation, we were seated immediately with no wait time. The service was quick, and everything we ordered arrived exactly as requested. For our meal, we ordered Pesto Chicken Linguine, Truffle Potato, Lettuce Chicken Wrap, and their famous Fat Tug IPA. Each dish was beautifully presented and tasted great, but the highlight was definitely the Fat Tug IPA—its citrusy, aromatic taste is truly top-notch. The restaurant itself is one of Vancouver’s most unique dining spots. Located on the waterfront in an old shipyard, it offers a stunning atmosphere, cozy ambiance, and breathtaking views. It’s the perfect place for a special occasion or a casual lunch or dinner. There is a paid parking lot just a few minutes away, which adds to the convenience. I highly recommend Tap & Barrel - Shipyard for anyone looking for great food, craft beer, and an unforgettable dining experience with a view!More infoTap & Barrel • ShipyardsPrice: Moderate• Canadian• North Vancouver•4.6

Service was attentive and the food very delicious, well prepared and warm. This is a restaurant that we will patronize. We went to Hawsworth to celebrate Valentine's day and my wife birthday and they brought a nice surprise of delicious home made candies. We felt welcomed the moment we stepped into Hawksworth.More infoHawksworth RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• Canadian• Yaletown•4.5
