Best Caribbean Restaurants in Gobernador Piñero

We loved the minimalist decor, matched by beautifully presented gustatory delights. From the chips and bread with kalamata butter to the outstanding (best I have ever tasted) tuna tartare, to the briliiantly prepared chicken and yellowtail snapper with oxtail to the mango mousse, all was superb. The service was impeccable with a kind and engaging staff. Bravo, Mario Pagan!

We had an amazing dinner experience at Eter Rooftop! The signature cocktails were absolutely fantastic and a perfect start to the evening. For dinner, I ordered the steak and gnocchi, while my husband had the chicken breast with plantain. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, and we were thoroughly impressed with the flavors and presentation. The service was exceptional—our waitress was attentive, friendly, and made the evening even more enjoyable. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for her! To top it all off, the view was breathtaking, making it a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommend Eter Rooftop for a special night out!

Excellent experience, the food was fantastic. Great for sharing. We shared nigiri tuna, shrimp gyoza and the wagyu sliders from the appetizer side. We shared the brisket, duck fried rice and the Chilean sea bass. All were excellent, the brisket was outstanding. Chocolate coconut cake with sea salt caramel for dessert was amazing.

This restaurant is a jewel in the Placita de Santurce, I made my reservation a week ago and from that moment very attentive for its confirmation, they sent me a link to the parking lot where I can arrive, and this gave me good vibes. I was surprised by how tasty the food is, a combination of the Mediterranean and Caribbean, I was attended by its own owner and told me the story of Jacinta, paying tribute to her mother. A unique experience. I will be back when I visit Puerto Rico again🇵🇷
