Maggiano’s is a special place for our family. We have celebrated many landmark events here and are always overwhelmed by the hospitality that is reminiscent of a bygone era. From the moment you enter the restaurant, you are transported to a time of elegance where the experience is equally about atmosphere, service and quality of food. Our waiter Reggie was wonderful and attentive. Cocktails were served with a flourish and the food was done to perfection and beyond expectation. My husband and I dined here on Christmas Eve with our daughter and grandson. He loved the special attention he received. We will continue to look to Maggiano’s for family events and celebrations. Thank you to the owners and staff who continue to pay attention to the details that make guests feel special and the time spent in your company memorable. The new location is fantastic. The food remains excellent & the service maintains the same quality as the Westheimer location.

This was our first visit to Lucille’s. Our waiter, Rick is amazing at servicing and hosting others. He shared the menu and directed us to things to try that didn’t disappoint. He treated us with so much grace and kindness. We enjoyed the time he took to get to know us and was so attentive to what our needs were while having dinner. When you visit you must ask for him to be your waiter. You will not regret it. We at the oxtail for the first time it was outstanding. Rick gave us the opportunity to try the bread pudding. Don’t leave without trying it. It was superb. The bread rolls were so good and the fried green tomatoes were excellent. We will visit again on our next visit to Houston. The atmosphere was quiet. The hostess was so sweet and welcoming. Thank you for a great experience.

Our waitress Amanda was very attentive. Enjoyed the music and the live DJ. The only thing with music it could be a "little...just little lower" cus it was sometimes to hear each other or the waitress
