- CClaireVIPCincinnati / Dayton •17 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoOverall, a very nice dinner. For holiday, it would have been nice to have some classic holiday music vs the upbeat and kind of loud/distracting music. Also, holiday cocktails or menu features this week would surely have been a hit Loved the salads and the lamb. We’ll be back!More infoAlaraPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Oakley•4.6
- MMikeVIPCincinnati / Dayton •14 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoI had made reservations months before and at the beginning of the week of our reservation, they announced the restaurant was permanently closing the night we were to be there. I was a bit concerned that the menu would be limited but the full menu was available. As I had previously heard, the food and service was fantastic. We had ordered the bbq chicken, pasta with scallops, ricotta bread and some drinks. The atmosphere was excellent and despite them permanently closing that evening, it felt like everyone wanted Red Feather to go out on top.More infoThe Red Feather KitchenPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Hyde Park•4.8
- JJayVIPCincinnati / Dayton •8 reviews5.0Dined on 18 Dec 2024First time eating at this fascinating restaurant with a really excellent view that is different from most Cincinnati Riverside views. Great outdoor and indoor venue at this 7th floor rooftop setting. Unique cooking system with a complete wood-burning grill centered in the dining room, I walked up to look at the fire and the engineering for the immense grill/oven. There is an enticing, smoky aroma in the restaurant when you first enter. If smoke bothers you then what the heck are you doing coming to this restaurant? Because all of the food tastes absolutely wonderful imbued as it is in that incredible white oak, cherry, apple and pear wood smoke. I would get an appetizer or a side rather than the dessert, because the mushrooms were lovely though with a tart taste that I’m not used to having.. That melded with the smoke did make them very memorable. We also tried the crab/scallop/cheddar cheese, dip. Paired with large brioche style bread, freshly toasted of course, which I actually saw them do over the coals. Cheddar and shellfish, who knew? My barbacoa style short rib with sweet potato, tomatillos and quest fresco was a smoky deliciousness. My wife’s chicken was moist with crispy skin. My daughters duck did not stay on the table long enough for me to examine. It was great I’m told. Every morsel of meat had that smoky undertone. Fascinatingly enough the mushrooms stood the smokiest. Will definitely come back, with friends to smell, eat and gaze at the view. Half off bottles of wine on Wednesdays!!More infoOpal RooftopPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Cincinnati•4.7
- JJeffreyVIPCincinnati / Dayton •19 reviews4.0Dined on 13 Dec 2024New place and really well done. Drink selection is great for a cool bar and grill that turns into a bar after dinner. Food selection was very good and well prepared. Another great welcomed spot in downtown Cincinnati. Definitely 2 thumbs up!!!More infoVintage on RacePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Central Business District•4.2
