- SStellaLos Angeles •1 review5.0Dined todayService was really good. Ambience was warm and homy. We ordered crispy Brussel sprouts, crab cake, avocado crunch salad, lamb bolognese, and curry salmon. Also order a bourbon cocktail and chocolate mousse. Everything tastes great! We had a great time after a whole ski. Staff were all very friendly!More infoThe Boat TowPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Aspen•4.9
- KKathleenSydney •6 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoThe mushroom with polenta was one of the most amazing things I've ever eaten! The delicious caramelised sweet potato and brussell sprouts were just on the point of being burnt, but the genius of the chef allowed them to just brush that line. My dining partners scallops were sensational. I think there is another Michelin star coming to Aspen in the near future!More infoPARC AspenPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Aspen•5
- SSandorSt. Louis •4 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoFantastic food and service! I’m hard to surprise and impress given my age and how many places in the world I’ve lived, but they truly did it this evening with some fantastic food and drink. The aged ribeye and the Buttery Bliss cocktail really impressed me. Johnny is the best waiter! We’ll be going here every time we’re in Beaver Creek! - GGaryWashington, D.C. Area •1 review5.0Dined 7 days agoI don’t usually write reviews however this one is well deserved…Wow! Beautiful table in the window overlooking Gore creek…. The food was literally artwork, flavors over the top, the only thing as good as the food was the service! Very reasonable priced for what they provide. Occasionally a Michelin restaurant can leave you a bit hungry, not the case here! Also thankful that they only took reservations 48 hours in advance, otherwise someone visiting for a long weekend would not likely get an opportunity to experience this restaurant. All the Best! They were completely attentive, but not overbearing. The food was spot on: excellent presentation and perfectly prepared. The tastes on every dish were perfect, including some amazing flavors. The ambience was wonderful and not too loud. Overall we had a wonderful experience and cannot wait to return.More infoAurum Food & Wine - BreckenridgePrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Breckenridge•4.7
