- GginnyCalifornia Central Coast •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoGreat bartender/cocktails with creativity. Treated super well by server and GM who presented a complimentary bottle of champagne to celebrate a very special occasion! Meals were wonderful from the soup to sandwiches to eggs benedict to dessert! All amazing and let me say the price is SO WORTH IT! You would pay the same for ordinary restaurants and this one is EXTRAORDINARY! Enjoy.More infoPacific's EdgePrice: Very Expensive• American• Carmel•4.6

Arnel was a great server and very attentive, we had shishito peppers to start and the Quail burger and spinach & artichoke ravioli for mains. All food was excellent. Had blueberry pie for dessert, so delicious!More infoCovey GrillPrice: Expensive• Californian• Carmel•4.4
- WWendySan Francisco Bay Area •1 review5.0Dined on 10 Nov 2024We hadn’t visited the Carmel Mission Inn for several years and knew that it had been refreshed since our last visit. We decided to have dinner at Shearwater Tavern, tucked inside the Carmel Mission Inn and had an absolutely wonderful experiencey. Our outstanding dining experience began with a delicious Caesar Salad paired with their wonderful signature Parker House Rolls—warm, house-baked, and served with local honey butter and a bit of sea salt. These starters set the tone perfectly for the main event: a flawlessly grilled bavette (flank steak), a favorite of ours, topped with a rich green peppercorn sauce and accompanied by crispy shoestring frites. Our steak arrived cooked precisely to our medium-rare preference and request, showcasing the kitchen's attention to detail.More infoShearwater TavernPrice: Moderate• Contemporary American• Carmel•4.2
