- SSeanDenver / Colorado •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoWent for Valentines Day dinner. After setting an alarm to be the first to book, they contacted me multiple times to let me know my reservation wasn’t going to be honored. After contacting me three times with no response from me as I was a little frustrated that I held off on booking other restaurants just to have the opportunity to eat there. Eventually they sent me an alternative time from 7:30 moved to 5 so I sent them a Seinfeld scene about reservations in response and requested a free dessert. They didn’t offer a free dessert for the inconvenience, but did start us with a glass of champagne. 9 course meal, 7 wine pairings (for my girlfriend), 7 cocktails pairings (for myself), with alternative A5 for my girlfriend, and an additional dessert as well. Food and service was all phenomenal (accommodated last minute gluten allergy), but don’t be surprised if your tab comes out to over $1,000 if you want the “full experience”.More infoThe Wolf's TailorPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Sunnyside•4.8
- CCarolineVIPNew York City •4 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoVery delicious food and very nice ambiance! Felt the price for the quality of food was definitely fair. We got the Gnocchi, Tempura Mushrooms, Pork Collar, Sweet Potato, Carrots and Candy Bar! All delicious. Would come back and get all of these dishes again aside from the tempura mushrooms. They were good, but just a bit heavy and overly fried.More infoStellar JayPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Denver•4.5

Our server was excellent, the food was great and they have really good coffee in cozy ceramic mugs.More infoPasquePrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Denver•4.5
- SSethVIPDenver / Colorado •12 reviews5.0Dined on 6 Feb 2025Have been to Bruto a number of times, but last night's meal was a step up. (A star up?) Which in some ways is hard to believe, because earlier visits were very impressive. What made last night different? A strong sense of progression through the meal, with courses building to an astounding main course of Bison tenderloin of unreal flavor and nuance. But there was brilliant complexity in every individual course. Non-alcoholic beverage pairings were exceptionally inspiring, the drink and course it accompanied responding to each other. I have never had a meal with a wider range of flavors, textures, and temperatures, including many novel sensations. Frankly, it was a revelation, fine dining as high art. The environment was also somehow calmer, perhaps because it was a weeknight, although the "performance" of the open kitchen remained fascinating.More infoBRUTØPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown / LoDo•4.9
