Best Contemporary American Restaurants in Parkland

It was my first time attending to this restaurant after reading the great reviews about this establishment. Over all my wife and I was impressed on the service and how attentive the staff was on a very busy holiday (Valentine’s day). Although our reservation was at 9:30pm the steaks were excellent (recommendations fillet mignon) we tried the hash browns. Only issue id say is I would have liked them a little more cooked as there were areas that had soft hash browns and others a lil tough. Over all the tases was excellent would try them again. The Cesar salad was the only thing that was disappointing having it being late I could understand. When we got our Salads we noticed we got a lot of stems of the lettuce (white ends) then the fresh green. The servers was very attentive and took care of it. We were accompanied with a brownie and I ordered ice cream. All there desserts are amazing.

This was a Friday evening. As such there was a DJ whose music was excessively. And I mean RXCESSIVELY. If it weren't for that the meal would have been enjoyable I had delicious scallops and my husband had surprisingly good chicken parmigiana. The ice cream could have been better, though. The popovers were a nice change from the usual bread served. Don't go there on a Friday or Saturday evening when the DJ is there. Then it would be enjoyable.

What a night we had a Sixty Vines! While the place was busy being that the restaurant had an event going on (Galentine’s Day), we were seated after a short wait. The 4 of us shared 4 appetizers after which we moved onto our entrees. The food was great! EA big shout out to our server Bruna who, despite not being the server for our table, saw that we were looking to order and came over to apologize for the delay and took our order. To our surprise, she stayed with us throughout the night checking on us multiple times. As great as the food was, she made our dining experience that much better. Topping it off was a visit from Austin, the Manager at Sixty Vines, Boca. What a guy! All is all, a memorable evening was had by all - hope to be back soon.

Being next to an airport and planes flying by all evening and sitting outside was difficult (although not the restaurant’s fault).

The menu is interesting and varied, I love the popover and consommé, it’s a nice start. I usually have the orange salad plate with an almond and green apple chicken salad- they make a really delicious and fresh chicken salad, one of the best. The staff is very gracious and accommodating. I would like to commend the nice blonde lady at the front- she is always kind and manages to find me a seat at the banquette which is so cozy given that I’m usually on my own. She works very hard to make people feel welcome and seated as soon as she can. Also, Eric has waited on me a few times and he’s prompt, very pleasant and welcoming. People watching is fun there.
