From the moment you walk in you welcomed into a warm environment with amazing food, great drinks, and the best people! We ordered the beef tartare which was the best tartare we have ever had! It had an amazing truffle flavor that creates a deep and amazing flavor! We also had the Centennial Cut steak! HIGHLY recommend! It was the best steak in town! The open flame grill paired with the seasoning and just a touch of lemon created truly the most amazing food I have ever had! While the food and the drinks were amazing, so were the people! Curtis, the food and drink coordinator elevated the experience and made us love it that much more! THIS IS A MUST VISIT RESTAURANT!!!!!! You will not be disappointed!More infoStellar JayPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Denver•4.5
- CChrisNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoBruto was a dining experience unlike any other I’ve had anywhere in the world. Chef Byron takes your money and doesn’t waste a cent. Every bite and sip felt like I won the lottery. I couldn’t stop smiling, and I woke up today still smiling. It’s just amazing what some human beings can do. Look, it’s a serious place. Don’t go there to be the center of attention or to have a ripper roaring party. Go there because you love your senses and because focus, precision and intensity excite you. Bruto isn’t really about food, drink, service, atmosphere, sustainability or any one thing. It’s about throwing your soul into the void and finding that yes, there can be order wrought from chaos; yes, it is in fact possible to gently place a fingertip on the pulse of the universe and feel it relax and slow down. Can’t wait for the next season and menu change. Well done to all at Bruto 👏🙏❤️More infoBRUTØPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown / LoDo•4.7

- AAdrianvipDenver / Colorado •11 reviews5.0Dined 5 days agoWe ordered the tasting menu (Trust Us) and it was OUTSTANDING. From the moment we walked in to Hey Kiddo - which we walked by twice without realizing it - to the moment we left, we were treated like treasured guests. We are seasoned eaters and we were impressed. Every course was unique or best in class, from salad to dessert. The ambiance was nearly perfect and service impeccable. We really enjoyed ourselves.More infoHey KiddoPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Highlands•4.8

From the delectable food to the impeccable service, everything was spot on. Colin, our server, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic evening. He expertly split our entrée and our tab, making it the perfect hassle-free girls' night out. We can't wait to return and soak up the summer vibes!More infoThe Hampton Social - DenverPrice: Moderate• American• LoHi•4.5
