All three of us ordered the three course tasting sampler. The Caesar salad was the best I’ve ever had! The Beef Wellington was outstanding (we paid $20 more to get a 6oz portion) and the Demi sauce sooo good! Potato purée and root vegetables were accompaniments. Veggies were a tad undercooked but still good. The toffee sticky pudding was the dessert and was so rich and complex with many flavors! Our servers were cordial and attentive. Well trained and knowledgeable about the food. Next time in Vegas this will definitely be on our list of restaurants to visit again!More infoRamsay's Kitchen - Harrah's Las Vegas Hotel and CasinoPrice: Very Expensive• American• The Strip•4.6
- LLaDonniaVIPLas Vegas •11 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoIf you enter the address into Apple Maps it directs you to Saks Off Fifth in Town Square. The restaurant is located next door to Perla Bridal in Town Square- the front entrance is located directly in the of the Town Square Park. Guest House Vegas had what I believe was a soft opening on New Years Eve and now they’re fully open to the public. The restaurant is gorgeous as are the servers and waitstaff. It’s reminiscent of Jing in Downtown Summerlin but more upscale. They have a live DJ each night and the mix played was pop and hip hop over house beats. It’s truly an art! I was grooving the entire evening. It fit the vibe of the restaurant well. The restaurant is dimly lit but they’ve added cute stick lights to each table that not only add to the ambiance but allows you to read the menu. The wait staff is very attentive and I don’t see this changing as the restaurant ages. They were all kind, and ready to offer suggestions. When I went to the restroom I returned to a fresh, folded napkin at my table. I started with one of the Alice in Wonderland themed theatrical drinks. It was served in a forest encapsulated in a dome. It was suggested to drink while the fog from the dome was still present. The food was amazing. I’ll definitely be back because I’d like to try their ribeye steak and the hundred layer cake. I think both things I’d need a friend to help me finish. On this visit I had the scallops for my starter along with the Caesar gem salad. For my entree I ordered the braised short-rib. I finished with the lemon cheesecake which also theatrical. You cracked what looked to be a candied lemon to allow a lemon filling to ooze out of it. During my dining experience I met operating managers Skyler and Megan who checked in periodically to ensure I was enjoying myself. I highly suggest this restaurant. I’m sure they’re going to be packed every night because it’s considered a social club and has such an amazing vibe.More infoThe Guest House VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary American• Delano Las Vegas•5

We had the pleasure of having Opollo (hope I spelled that right) as our server and he was fantastic! His service was amazing and he put the cutest Polaroid of my friend and myself on my cocktail which was such a cute detail! He is definitely my favorite server so far and he recommended so many delicious items for our group. Juan was an amazing server assistant as well he made sure to stay on top of clearing our table and was very friendly! I will always visit Beauty and Essex anytime I visit Vegas!More infoBeauty & Essex- Las VegasPrice: Very Expensive• Speakeasy• The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas•4.8
