Best Contemporary American Restaurants in The Palazzo Hotel Resort & Casino

Went here for Valentine’s Day with my girlfriend.  first time here and man was it delicious. We got the beef Wellington and the lamb. We are not usually steak people, but the Wellington was really really good. The pastry was nice and flaky while the beef being super tender. I ordered the lamb medium and I think it was maybe a little bit more on the rare side, but it was still delicious. If I could order the lamb again, I would I would just say medium well probably. Taste of everything was on point. The ambience was really good. Our server was really cool. Would definitely go there again.

The food and ambience was great. We saved for this trip for months and Ramsay’s Kitchen was the pinnacle (other than the Keith Urban concert). We could really only afford the 3 Course menu and, unfortunately, the vibe we got from the waiter seemed to reflect that. We were a little surprised that he never came to see how everything was going until after each course had been collected by the excellent ancillary (for lack of a better word) staff had collected everything.

Vanderpumps restaurants never miss; everything was excellent, from the ambiance, the food, and the cocktails. We got the pigs in a blanket, pretzel bite grilled cheese, Caesar salad, & mini lobster rolls; everything was fantastic. I also ordered a pumptini and a pink me up cocktail, both were delicious. It was my birthday, so they gave me a frozen shot with a little candle.
