    We didn't eat but food looked and smelled lovely. The staff are brilliant and made our evening absolutely lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer but had a dinner engagement to get to. Will definitely return.

    We had booked afternoon tea but their pastry oven had suddenly broken down so we were told in advance and decided to do lunch instead. On arrival we were greeted by Enrique who took us to a table with a beautiful view of Edinburgh and two complimentary glasses of fizz as an apology for not being able to provide the afternoon tea which was a nice touch. Our lunch was lovely and the Sticky toffee pudding was delicious with a decent dollop of ice cream too. We ordered the house champagne which was lovely. A lovely atmosphere and equally lovely attentive staff. I would recommend it and the afternoon tea as we have experienced it before.
