As valentines we ordered the chateaubriand as a treat £90 medium rare. It came well done so we sent it back . This was replaced quickly but in our opinion still over cooked-medium and very disappointing . We were given a free drink whilst the dish was replaced but when asked how the food was at the end of the meal the feedback wasn’t acknowledged or any apology given. We would return but would stick to a more basic affordable dish.
