- RRaiaVIPBuckinghamshire •31 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoA good experience but very pricey! Service and ambiance were terrific. The celeriac soup and potted crab starters were delicious. The chicken schnitzel was a bit dry, and the rump steak was tasty. The crème brûlée was delicious but the plum compote and almond cake was disappointing - not nearly enough plum compote (just a few tiny dots on the plate!) and the cake was rather tasteless and dry. The meal for two with no wine was over £130.More infoParsonage GrillPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Oxford•4.4
- VVernaOxford/Oxfordshire •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoThe restaurant was busy on Saturday night in the lead-up to Christmas, but it was easy to find. A little noisy, which was fully expected. Despite her hectic schedule, our restaurant attendant Anastasia was attentive and considerate of my dairy intolerance. The starters and main courses were delicious; however, I thought the dessert selection was limited for those who avoid dairy. We would be happy to return, as we had a wonderful experience.More infoThe Ivy Oxford BrasseriePrice: Moderate• Contemporary British• Oxford•4.5
- LLynneLondon •17 reviews4.0Dined on 16 Dec 2024Beautiful building and lovely restaurant. Service was professional and friendly. The food was well presented and very tasty. Just felt it was a little on the expansive side for what it was, but everywhere is expensive these days. The bill for 4 people was just shy of £300 for lunch. Only had one drink each ( one of them wine others were soft drinks), so £75 each for 3 courses was for us quite pricey. We would return, but only for special occasion.More infoThe Ivy Montpellier Brasserie, CheltenhamPrice: Expensive• Contemporary British• Cheltenham•4.5
