Best Contemporary British Restaurants in Ardingly

It was a lovely atmosphere and the service was very good. The food looked better than it tasted. Scones were delicious, tea sandwiches were very good. The sweets were beautiful but has no taste. If I only had the savory it would have been perfect!

The first time we visited the Cat I said “this is the nicest pub I’ve ever been to. Today was the same - the most striking first impression is the team who run the dining areas: they obviously enjoy what they’re doing and love working together with a happy buzz. And the food is delicious, the venison haunch especially. Looking forward to eating here again soon - Nigel and the birthday party.

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had at the Ivy Cobham. We had the brunch menu and it was great. Staff couldn’t have been better and neither could the food. Seems to be more special than it used to be. Really enjoyed it, thank you.
