Not that we had paid I thought the price of the afternoon tea for what we got was rather expensive. Not a price I would have paid. The tea was quite nice, my wife had a pot of tea and I ordered coffee. On the menu it stated a pot of coffee. All I got was a cup of coffee. The staff were very friendly, but didn’t come to ask if everything was ok. Legacy at The Grand will soon be Michelin starred for sure. Up there with any single star experience we’ve had in England. Special heads up to the sommelier (sorry, didn’t get the name) and Hannah.
