- LLillianLondon •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoWe waited a year for our reservation and travelled from the Midlands just for this meal. Everything about our experience at Lore of the Land was Exceptional. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we couldn’t fault any of it. The Service was fantastic, and our 3 year old was treated like a person rather than a Child which we personally really rate. Our reservation was on a Sunday so we decided to have the Family Sharing roast. It’s well worth the money and we gave it a real good go finishing it. The meats were cooked beautifully and were so juicy. The roast potatoes were crispy and fluffy, the vegetables were tasty and even the Yorkshire pudding had a slight Smokey taste but were delicious. Our 3 year old even said it was the best roast she’d ever had! We had the doughnut for dessert, which was super tasty and not too heavy and the coffee was a perfect finish to a fabulous meal. Thank you to all the Staff for a great visit. We will be booking a table again asap!More infoThe Lore of the LandPrice: Very Expensive• Gastro Pub• Fitzrovia•4.7
