- JJeffVIPWashington, D.C. Area •37 reviews4.0Dined 1 day agoA very pleasant evening started off poorly after one look at the wine list. The outrageous prices put off our entire group and ruined what otherwise would have been a lovely dinner. We found nothing close to $100, everything was much more. Lots of $1,000 plus wines. We found a delicious Rioja, but at $250 this is 300% markup. Also, for a chef known for paella, what was served was a watery Alicante version with little flavor and no socarrat—explained away by a waiter as being too difficult to serve. Very disappointing. We came, we tasted, we won’t be back.More infoXiquet by Danny LledóPrice: Very Expensive• Spanish• Georgetown•4.6

- SSusanVIPWashington, D.C. Area •19 reviews4.0Dined 6 days agoWe enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant, but it’s not a typical restaurant; it’s really an extension of a hotel lobby area; not really segregated away like most restaurants are. The noise level after 8 o’clock, made it difficult to have a conversation. if you sit in the area where the fireplace is and look south, you are staring at the entrance of a garage and every time a car pulls out the lights are right in your face. So I’m hoping they’ll do something with that in terms of drapes or window coverings of some type. The menu is very limited at this time, but the food was pleasantly good, and the service is very good. The staff are working really hard to make it a welcoming experience for guests. I think Seven is a great option if you’re staying in the hotel, but at this stage, it’s not a destination restaurant. Those of us would live in the town center would be delighted to see it become one.More infoSeven RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Contemporary European• Reston•4.3
