Best Contemporary Indian Restaurants in St. Margarets

3rd time going on a 2 week visit to London. I can’t say enough good things about this place! From the moment you walk in, the aromas promise something special, and they absolutely deliver. The food was insanely good – every dish bursting with authentic flavors that hit all the right notes. The spices were perfectly balanced, and you could tell everything was made with the freshest ingredients. The tasting menus is the way to go and try new foods, flavors, textures, you will have never tried before. Rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I am not a vegetarian, but the vegetarian dishes were out of this world The staff are friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Had dinner with friends at Patri as it was roughly half way for us all. Intrigued by the venue - rustic railway station vibe. But the food was amazing - chat starter was delicious and the thali did not disappoint. Service was very relaxed but the buzzer on the table helped to speed things along! Would definitely recommend for some different Indian fayre.

The food and service were both outstanding! Achari paneer, samosa and aloo tiki chaat was our favourite. We were looked after by Sabina who was polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Just had a very pleasant evening at Chakra, the first time I have been there this year and it was as good as I remembered. The food and service were both very good. The decor isn't very lush and the tables could be a bit bigger to better accommodate the dishes we ordered but these are observations and didn't in any way harm our enjoyment.
