Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in Landings

Four of us went on a Sunday at 5 and were very happy with the experience. We had great service and the food was very delicious. This place is a hidden gem. We had veal, fish, scallops and pasta. All were great.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at LIVIA Bar & Grill, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a stylish yet cozy ambiance that made for the perfect dining experience. The service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and flavors that exceeded my expectations. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor, making it clear that a lot of care goes into their menu. Whether you’re looking for a great spot for a date night, a casual dinner with friends, or a special celebration, LIVIA Bar & Grill is the perfect choice. I’ll definitely be coming back !

The meal, atmosphere and service was outstanding. We throughly enjoyed our meals. There were 4 of us. We all had drinks and they were tasty. Hazelnut Old fashioned was good. (A drop too sweet, but I had them put less frangrlica in my second one and it was perfect) espresso martini was incredible. Caesar salad were very good. Appetizer of mixes cheese balks was fantastic. The veal parmigiana was great. Their lasagne was meaty and delicious. The fusilli with chicken, goat cheese, sun dried tomato and balsamic dressing was tasty and the sausage pasta was amazing. Dessert was great. Service was excellent and Jason (the owner) came by and he was a welcoming and great guy. Coming back again on Sunday and bringing my parents

We had an incredible dinner. We went for Valentine's Day before a show across the street at The Parker Playhouse. There was a 3 course pre fixe menu and everything was delicious. Our server was lovely and the entire experience was worth repeating!

This beautiful little Italian restaurant was a lucky choice for us. We were greeted right away by a very personable waiter, and throughout our meal no service was overlooked or tardy. My friend and I both ordered the salmon with a lemon and caper sauce, the beet salad and a glass of their house Cabernet. The beet salad was a beautiful presentation of thinly sliced beat slices encircling a large plate and in the middle a little mound of arugula with some walnuts, sweet sections of orange, some dollops of Burrata cheese and the most delightful vinaigrette. After enjoying our salad, some bread from the bread basket, and a few sips of our Cabernet, the salmon arrived. The accompaniments were delicious, but the star of the show was the salmon. I believe it was poached, and with the lemon caper sauce was the most tender and flavorful salmon I've ever had! The portion size was very generous, and we both had a hard time finishing it. We were pressed for time so we didn't have an opportunity to select from their scrumptious dessert cart.  On the way home my friend and I couldn't stop talking about what a great dinner we had! So I would encourage you that if you are looking for a truly wonderful dining experience, that you definitely consider La Perla restaurant.
