We ate at Jasper’s on Christmas Eve. Everything thing was to perfection. From the minute you enter the atmosphere is so beautiful and well decorated. The staff was attentive and the food was delicious. We did not feel rushed and our waitress was very helpful. Thank you Yolanda

The service was impeccable. Our server, Emma, was very pleasant and attentive! She made some very good recommendations and was extremely attentive to our table. It was our guests first time experiencing Vidalia. They were all amazed how good the menu was and the excellent flavors and choices. We enjoyed the great stuffed Onion, stuffed mushrooms and the Calamari. We also order a pasta course which included the Cannelloni, The rigatoni vodka, and the Cacio Pepe. All were excellent. Our entrees were over the top excellent. The Short Rib special with the mushroom risotto was delightful. Our guests enjoyed the evening so much they purchased gift cards for their friends and family! Traveled over an hour to check this place out for date night. This place did not disappoint. The whole staff was very hospitable, and our server Michael was very informative about the menu and specials. We tried a few different menu items and everything we ate was beyond exceptional. Definitely will be back again !!!
