Best Contemporary Italian Restaurants in North Scottsdale

Server was friendly and professional, food was great. We were greeted at the hostess stand with a welcoming smile and thanked as we left. They were busy and everyone was working efficiently. Will be returning.

Lovely place. We arrived early for a reservation and were told they were not seating until actual reservation time. This was fine. We sat at the bar and had a drink. Our table was situated by a window and we were able to sit side by side. We explained our food allergies and ordered a bottle of wine. It was recommends by the Bartender, and we were not crazy about it, but it paired ok with our dinners. Next time we would choose something else. We chose to go with the menu rather than ordering from the Valentines Day prix fix menu. We had the warm camembert appetizer with fig jam and toasted bread. Terrific! My husband had the Beef Bourgogne and I had the Pork. Both were excellent and not too big portions but not too small either. We shared the chocolate mousse for dessert. Server brought out complimentary Limoncello(which was thoughtful) but I couldn’t drink because of allergies and we had explained this earlier to server, so I only gave a 4 star for service as this could have been a problem if I didn’t know what I was getting. We will return for Happy Hour and try more of the food. It was raining, cool and windy so we couldn’t sit outside but think that would be nice. Hope his place does well!

The service was excellent. We were there on Valentine's Day and it was very busy. You would never have known that by the service we received. Gracie (apologies if I've misspelled her name) is awesome!!! The food was very good. We started with the prosciutto and burrata appetizer which was excellent. We loved how thinly the prosciutto was sliced. Our mains were the salmon and the wood rotisserie chicken. I think I got the better main (salmon); it was fresh and cooked perfectly. We finished this off with the key lime pie and coffee. The coffee was excellent and although the pie crust was very good, the filling was a bit too tart for my taste. We should have gone with Gracie's recommendation. As everything she recommended was excellent, including her wine choice for my salmon. The entire staff from the hosts to the busers were efficient, welcoming, and kind. I am so impressed by the team you have in place. Great job!

Excellent food and service. Grass fed steak was excellent. Our servers (Kacie and Jessa) were friendly and efficient and very pleasant.

Great burger, great travel, fries, great wedge salad, and great service with bartender Matt and with the female hostess. I would like to see this place get Casa Azul, Plata, and class Azul reposado I went in this evening. They did not have any. They only had the class a school of varietals that were $100 a shot and $400 a shot. But they did not have the Plama or the reposado. I was disappointed and I had to drink Johnny Walker black. I do decide restaurants based on what they have at the bar and I would like to be back if they were to remedy this. I also do a lot of outings on a personal and professional level. I'd like to make this my go to after experiencing it for the first time today.
