Noise level from music playing really lessens the experience. Food and service is excellent.

Service was great. Very attentive. We dined at breakfast and enjoyed the eggs Benny with candied salmon - the salmon is what pulled me in. I had to go looking for it because it was just the dusting garnish on top. I anticipated there to be more than that, but the dish was still tasty. We were meeting friends on a layover in Van and we were not aware that validated parking was available to us and fortunately, we discovered it before we left. That saved us a big parking expense. 

This was out first night and (time) in Vancouver and enjoyed a wonderful dinning experience at HSCB! We were warmly greeted by the hostess Jessica. She seated us in the area between the bar and dining room that was the perfect setting. Our waiter TJ was incredibly hospitable. He guided us through the menu and we ended splitting“The Full Monty” dish for 3 of us. It was super yummy and more than food. Finished off with warm drinks and butter tarts. What a way to start our trip and Vancouver experience!

We decided to have the Valentine's Special 3-course meal and were very happy with the flavour and presentation of the dishes. My husband has an onion allergy and our server was very careful to check with the kitchen regarding which dishes could be made safe for him. It was a very busy evening but we never felt rushed or inconvenienced during our stay at the restaurant.
