- OTOpenTable DinerNew York City •2 reviews5.0Dined todayFirst, would I recommend this place? Yes! Not only is the service great but the bartenders, waitress and chefs work as a team. Julian the bartender has a great personality and kept my family and I laughing throughout our time. To add, we never felt unseen even though it was a full house. Great dishes as well! We went with their suggested favorites but we will be back. Also it’s in a great location. We parked in the garage and it was a short walk to the front door. I would rate it 10/10.More infoMiss Toya's Creole House - Silver SpringPrice: Moderate• Creole / Cajun / Southern• Silver Spring•4.5
- GGraceWashington, D.C. Area •2 reviews4.0Dined 2 days agoPearl Dive Oyster Palace is a great seafood spot in DC! They had a selection of 6 different oysters to choose from and had an extensive menu of other seafood options. I do think the price of the oysters were somewhat expensive ($3.40 per oyster), but would be a good option for a happy hour after work sitting at the bar. Overall, I loved the ambience, food, and service. Great drinks, too!! I got the espresso martini and it was lovely.More infoPearl Dive Oyster PalacePrice: Expensive• Seafood• Logan Circle•4.8

- MMaureenVIPWashington, D.C. Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoI have enjoyed numerous meals at RT’s and they are consistently of high-quality. RT’s has superior service, a wonderful ambience, soft music in the background so you don’t have to raise your voice and exhaust yourself speaking. The restaurant is always festively decorated for every season/holiday of the year. It’s clear that the managers/owners take extraordinary pride in and care of their restaurant. Last but not least, the food is exceptionally delicious and well-presented every time! And while you might just drive past this wonderful restaurant on Mount Vernon Ave. in Alexandria, without noticing, it is truly a gem. It deserves a few Michelin stars.More infoRT's RestaurantPrice: Moderate• Creole / Cajun / Southern• Alexandria•4.7
- WWilliamWashington, D.C. Area •6 reviews5.0Dined on 4 Feb 2025My goodness, the roux--it is perfect, making the gumbo the best I've had outside of NOLA and H-town in years. That alone made the meal. Also loved the hush puppies (who knew). For my main the pork tender was perfectly cooked and beautifully matched with mustard cream. My friend had the short rib, which I tried and loved. The only misfire was the strawberry shortcake, which was too sweet, breading too dense, and only one strawberry. My friend's bread pudding was superb. The service was excellent, water refilled consistently, food arrived at a nice pace. Kudos to Dauphine's, I'll be back with a cajun spring in my step. Thank you!More infoDauphine’sPrice: Expensive• Contemporary American• Downtown•4.6
