Best Dining Bars in Stapleton

This was our first time at Stellar Jay, and we were delighted with everything. Our server Preston was very gracious and attentive - he had a wonderful sense of how we wanted to be served. The manager Rhea (we had met before during a tour of the Populus, which they run on Thursdays) came over to say hello - she was lovely and calm. This beautiful restaurant was nearly full on a Monday night. The food was fantastic - the two of us split an appetizer (mushroom tempura), entree (steak skewers) and vegetable (beets). Everything was delicious. We were surprised at how big the portions were and ended up taking leftovers home, which the staff not only kindly boxed but labeled and bagged.

First, in order to write this survey, I had to fill in the stars for value. I really don’t know what the value was because someone else paid. Beyond that, everything was absolutely delicious.There were 3 of us , we each ordered different spice levels and each one was exactly what we each wanted. The wait staff was very attentive and they didn’t even mind when we sat just talking awhile. We were told there are new owners and I have to say the previous owners were excellent. These are even better!

We really didn't know what to expect in terms of ambience. It was great. We have been to Frasca and had high expectations for the food and those expectations were met. The music was loud enough to focus on but not loud enough to inhibit conversation. Excellent service and an amazing wine list. We will be back.

This place was one of the best brunch places I’ve been to. The service was great and the food was amazing. Highly recommend!

Went for brunch. The digital Menu system was challenging to use for our group. I dined with parents who were less comfortable completing order and filling out profile a cc info before eating. The Order of dishes came out a little weird. Food was very good! There was only one server on staff so our food sat in the window for a bit before we got it. They stopped offering coffee at brunch but were ok with us bringing in coffee from BSC next door.
