- SSarahNewcastle and Northumberland •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had the most amazing evening at Peace&Loaf. We had the festive tasting menu and the wine pairing. The tasting menu was good, but a few of the dishes, like the egg&chips and the picanha lasagna were really salty. I'd like to come back to try the regular tasting menu because I've heard really good things. The wine pairing was really good though and we got to try some great wines. We loved the ambiance though and the staff were all incredible! Big shout out to Adam who really looked after us!More infoPeace and Loaf RestaurantPrice: Very Expensive• British• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.9

- VVictoriaNewcastle and Northumberland •1 review5.0Dined 6 days agoWe went for lunch today to celebrate our anniversary. Your online booking system asked if we were going for any reason and I noted it was for our anniversary and didn’t think much of it. When we arrived all of the staff were polite and professional. They congratulated us on our anniversary which in itself was a lovely touch. We were then treated to a glass of Prosecco each which we thought was very kind. The food (we had the soup and warm cheese scone) was delicious and surprisingly filling (there was no space left for desert) and we finished with two lovely lattes. The ambiance was lovely, a gently hum of a busy cafe and all the staff we friendly, polite and welcoming. We will definitely be backMore infoBayberry HollowPrice: Moderate• English• Stanley•4.8
- LLauraNorthern Ireland •1 review5.0Dined on 21 Dec 2024First time dining here and will definitely be back! Myself and my boyfriend came for a Christmas night out the weekend before Christmas and the food and service was flawless. Very friendly and attentive staff. Wish I got the name of our lovely waitress she was great! Food was excellent. The Santa hats on the table to wear and the welcome drinks were a lovley touch also. My boyfriend has a sensitivity/intolerance to cream in his food (ie sauces, creamy veg etc) and the attention to detail and substitutes offered by staff resulted in us both having a really enjoyable meal. We’ve never had such good service relating to his intolerance before so huge thanks for that! We will definitely be back!More infoDobson & ParnellPrice: Expensive• British• Newcastle upon Tyne•4.5
