It is so nice to know that there’s a high quality dining experience like EsterEv in Milwaukee. The chefs tasting menu is a wonderful food adventure for curious diners looking to expand their palette and blow their minds. I brought a friend for her birthday and it was perfect. The welcome course was a mother’s hug after you come in from the cold. Each course was thoughtful in flavor and texture. I highly recommend the accompaniments - the hash brown with caviar and the cheese donut are NOT to be missed!! Service was wonderful. I could really tell that they enjoy where they work. And it all comes from a tiny kitchen. I’m so impressed!! I can’t wait to come back.

Service & food was great! Sophia (our server)was amazing! We had time constraints & she was on top of it! Portions are small & it’s quite expensive. Especially the starters were small portions. We were very satisfied for the most part. We had 2 different sizes for the same drinks & were charged the same, that was a little strange. Overall, wonderful experience. Love the ambiance, very lively!

Another outstanding experience at Birch, like some of the changes to the menu. Had the hamburger for the first time, and it won't be the last - one of the best around. Hard to believe that with such fine food, they also know how to do fun bar food!

Amazing service! Food was fantastic. Smash burger was smashalicious and the Spicy Vodka pasta was delish! Fantastic wine list. The Foccacia is tasty. My only recommendation would be to have it warmed up or fresh out if the oven would be over the top!

Again, we enjoyed our visit! VERY friendly welcome! It's an extra special touch when owners personally greet and can remember their customers! EXCELLENT cocktails!! DELICIOUS menu!
