Best Fish Restaurants in The Linq

Silverado was by far the best dinner we had on our trip to Las Vegas! We were celebrating our 28th anniversary and advised all the restaurants where we made reservations. Silverado was the only place that offered so much more than a perfunctory 'happy anniversary' when we arrived. The hostess gave us her good wishes. As soon as we were seated in a beautiful semi-circle booth, our server arrived with two glasses of champagne and asked what year we were celebrating and listened to our anniversary story. The rest of the service was perfect, with a team of two looking after our needs. From the salad tossed tableside, served cold and crisp to the prime rib and steak, perfectly cooked to the offer of dessert, which we refused being too full, the experience was wonderful. We will certainly come back when we are here next October.
