- KKeithVIPPhoenix / Arizona •46 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoLe Central is a San Francisco classic. I’ve been going for 30 years and the food remains delicious and the service helpful and attentive. For the first time I had the roasted chicken, at our waiter’s recommendation. Outstanding. Accompanied by delicious string fried potatoes and delicious Brussels sprouts. A hit!More infoLe CentralPrice: Expensive• French• Downtown / Union Square•4.7
- DdidierVIPSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoClearly one of the best restaurants in the Bay Area. We had the 9-course tasting menu, chef Claude’s signature. Usually for such menus there’s always one or two less interesting. Not here, no miss, everything was exquisite. Very polite and knowledgeable service staff. Quiet. Really a fantastic experience.More infoO' by Claude Le TohicPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French• Downtown / Union Square•4.8
- JJamesSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews4.0Dined 4 days agoWas there on New Years Day at 1 pm. Perhaps the best Omelet I have ever had (has Raclette cheese inside). We sat at the bar. I recommend the bar for the "ambience."More infoBon DelirePrice: Expensive• French• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.7
- JJohnSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 7 days agoOur party of four was seated in a window niche with a view of the sidewalk- perfect! Our party had two terrific specialty cocktails- a Red Swan and an Unwinding Salve, both delicious 😋. For entrees we had Parisian gnocchi in a cream sauce, mushroom tagliatelle, and the Absinthe burger with truffle cheese and fries- all were delicious. The best dessert was the Pot de Crème, a dense chocolate pudding with a dense whipped cream topping! Yummy. Our waiter was engaging and helpful in making choices. Overall, we had a fun, enjoyable, and satisfying dining experience before a concert at SFJAZZ around the corner. We’ll be returning to this French restaurant again!More infoAbsinthe Brasserie and Bar - SFPrice: Expensive• French• Civic Center / Hayes Valley / Van Ness•4.8
- GGraceVIPHouston •5 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024RUN to eat here. The best meal I’ve had in SF after 7 years. Better than Quince, Rich Table, Osito, Earnest, Saison. I’m not even kidding and yes, I know those are different cusisines. The food is divine. Authentic French food and service (if they liked Americans).More infoL'ArdoisePrice: Expensive• French• Castro•4.9
