- CCarlosFort Lauderdale •3 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoMy family and I were visiting Toronto for a few days. We wanted to try French cuisine. After a few searches, we found La Plume. We made a reservation for Sunday, December 29, 2024. When we came in we were quickly greeted by the hostess and our jackets were complimentary put away. Our server was very friendly and attentive. He made our children feel at ease. The ambiance was calm and relaxing. We ordered the escargot as an appetizer and as our main dish the steak and frites. The food was full of flavor and fresh. I would for sure return to La Plume if I ever return to Toronto.More infoLa PlumePrice: Very Expensive• French• King West•4.4

Best dirty martini that I’ve had in forever. Started with the cheese and bread/olives- both good. I had the Ricotta Agnolotti which was delicious and daughter had Spaghetti which was good but not to her taste. Husband had the “shareable” lemon pepper hen which he ate by himself. Had the Broccolini which I thought was great but was surprisingly spicy for rest of family. Split the Brown Butter Tart for dessert which they gave us on the house “because my daughter was so polite” (a fact she talked about all the way back to hotel). By far best meal we had while in Toronto.More infoLapinouPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French• King West•4.8
- SStephanieToronto / Ontario •3 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThis quaint little restaurant is one that should not be missed. Our server daniel made amazing recommendations from the sourdough bread with the chicken liver mousse and heirloom carrots were outstanding. For our mains we shared the seafood rice, the duck confit which were all melt in your mouth. And for dessert, we had the flakiest apple tarte tatin. Parquet is a must, we will definitely be going back.More infoParquetPrice: Very Expensive• Contemporary French• The Annex•4.7
- LLeslieToronto / Ontario •5 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoI have never had a bad experience at Le Selecte Bistro. I was there on Boxing Day to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Tony, our server was very attentive and was knowledgeable about which dishes were or could be made gluten-free, as my mother has celiac disease. The food was great, particularly the duck confit. The large party next to us was a bit noisy - it was a busy night - but we had a wonderful time. I look forward to my next visit.More infoLe Sélect BistroPrice: Expensive• French• King West•4.6
- PPeterToronto / Ontario •1 review5.0Dined on 23 Dec 2024Eating here is always great. The specials make the experience even better. Each time I’ve been here, one of us always chooses the specials for each pris fixe option and it never disappoints. I still dream about the pork Wellington from the summer.More infoLe BaratinPrice: Expensive• French• Parkdale•4.8
