- JJamesSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews4.0Dined 3 days agoWas there on New Years Day at 1 pm. Perhaps the best Omelet I have ever had (has Raclette cheese inside). We sat at the bar. I recommend the bar for the "ambience."More infoBon DelirePrice: Expensive• French• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.7
- JJohnSan Francisco Bay Area •3 reviews5.0Dined 6 days agoOur party of four was seated in a window niche with a view of the sidewalk- perfect! Our party had two terrific specialty cocktails- a Red Swan and an Unwinding Salve, both delicious 😋. For entrees we had Parisian gnocchi in a cream sauce, mushroom tagliatelle, and the Absinthe burger with truffle cheese and fries- all were delicious. The best dessert was the Pot de Crème, a dense chocolate pudding with a dense whipped cream topping! Yummy. Our waiter was engaging and helpful in making choices. Overall, we had a fun, enjoyable, and satisfying dining experience before a concert at SFJAZZ around the corner. We’ll be returning to this French restaurant again!More infoAbsinthe Brasserie and Bar - SFPrice: Expensive• French• Civic Center / Hayes Valley / Van Ness•4.8
- LlucyVIPCalifornia Central Coast •36 reviews5.0Dined on 25 Dec 2024Was not expecting such exquisite dishes. Started with the onion tart proper name Tarte Tatin a l’oignon out of this world, followed with Salade d’Hiver salad which was a beet, apple, celery and blue cheese salad sooo good. Never had I thought to shave celery or marinate the apples which gave the salad a boost of flavor. Last we had the Rillettes de canard duck my favorite so far just the right size packed with flavor. Although we only had appetizers it was a full dinner and just the right amount Of food for the two of us. We sat at the counter and the bar tender Leland was attentive and knowledgeable about all the dishes. It was a great Christmas Eve and so grateful that such restaurants that keep in mind customers are their priority. Thank you for making Our dinner special.More infoLe Parc BistrobarPrice: Expensive• French• Financial District / Embarcadero•4.8
- CCarolSan Francisco Bay Area •9 reviews5.0Dined on 24 Dec 2024Bouche is a charming, cozy French restaurant tucked away on Bush Street. It’s best to make reservations as seating is limited. The service is spot-on; your wine glass is kept filled and water is always in your glass. And the food—I t is nothing short of delicious. The scallops were the most flavorful I’ve ever had and the lobster bisque was smooth and rich, but hearty. The service is bustling but you never feel ignored and the waitstaff is friendly and accommodating. Bouche is an intimate place for a truly memorable dinner. It has become our new go-to restaurant when we visit the city.More infoBouchePrice: Expensive• French• Downtown / Union Square•4.6
