- TTonyLos Angeles •6 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoWe go here for my wife's birthday which is on Christmas Eve. Not many places are open then and we really like the food and hospitality of AOC. Even though they don't take requests, they had a nice table for us indoors. It made it extra special to have carolers as well.More infoAOC - 3rd StreetPrice: Moderate• Californian• Beverly / Fairfax / La Brea / Third St.•4.7
- NNicoleLos Angeles •10 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoThe food was outstanding and the service was excellent. There are so many "fancy" restaurants in Los Angeles where the food is disappointing, but this was not one of them. Having known about Republique for many years and seeing it on many "best" lists I was prepared to be disappointed, but it met my expectations. My parents and I were very pleased with our meal, the service, and the ambience which is beautiful. It qualifies as one of the best restaurants we've eaten at in Los Angeles, and is deserving of its designation as one of LA's top restaurants.More infoRepubliquePrice: Very Expensive• French• Hollywood•4.7

If the dinner items and happy hour offerings appeal to you, I highly suggest Meet in Paris. Brunches as usual have more offerings that appeal to a wider range of tastes and is a safe and far more interesting choice that its competitors. Pro tip: always order your chocolate soufflé when you order dinner for optimal timing! Always a treat. Also a plus, it’s located on the western end of downtown Culver City, where traffic and parking are a bit easier. This especially made for an even more enjoyable experience. - EEuniceLos Angeles •25 reviews5.0Dined on 19 Dec 2024Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! We started with the octopus and the caviar. While the octopus was decent, it was slightly overcooked and just okay. In our opinion, the Little Door Caviar was the standout starter—its flavor was far superior. For mains, the Branzino was perfection—crispy and flaky on the outside, tender and soft on the inside. The ribeye was equally fantastic, cooked beautifully and packed with flavor. We finished the meal with the crème brûlée, which was the perfect dessert—smooth, creamy, and with a perfectly caramelized top. The service was impeccable, making the evening truly special. We celebrated my friend’s birthday, and it was a memorable experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!More infoThe Little DoorPrice: Expensive• Contemporary French• West Hollywood•4.6
